Customer द्वारा quotation/proposal की स्वीकृति एवं advance payment प्राप्त होने के बाद project booking/processing शुरू मानी जाएगी। Site survey, system design, material procurement एवं installation की प्रक्रिया project requirements के अनुसार की जाएगी।
यदि ग्राहक material procurement शुरू होने से पहले order cancel करता है, तो cancellation request लिखित रूप में देनी होगी। Company द्वारा किए गए site survey, engineering, documentation, processing एवं अन्य वास्तविक खर्चों को काटकर balance amount, यदि कोई हो, refund किया जा सकता है।
यदि customer के order के आधार पर solar panels, inverter, structure, cables या अन्य equipment procure/order किए जा चुके हैं, तो ऐसे customized/procured materials की लागत customer से recover की जा सकती है। ऐसे मामले में advance payment पूर्ण रूप से refundable नहीं होगी।
Installation work शुरू होने के बाद customer द्वारा project cancel करने की स्थिति में advance/payment सामान्यतः non-refundable होगी। Company द्वारा किए गए material, transportation, labour, installation, engineering एवं अन्य project-related खर्च customer द्वारा payable होंगे।
Solar panels, inverter, mounting structure, cables एवं अन्य equipment सामान्यतः returnable नहीं होंगे, यदि:
यदि किसी equipment में manufacturing defect पाया जाता है, तो applicable manufacturer warranty के अनुसार repair/replacement की प्रक्रिया की जाएगी। Transit में material damage होने पर Company/ transportation agency द्वारा applicable procedure के अनुसार replacement की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
Solar panels, inverter, mounting structure एवं अन्य equipment पर संबंधित manufacturer की applicable warranty लागू होगी। Warranty और Return/Refund अलग-अलग provisions हैं। Warranty का अर्थ automatic refund या project cancellation नहीं माना जाएगा।
Customer यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि installation site पर उचित roof strength, access, electricity connection एवं आवश्यक permissions उपलब्ध हों। यदि site की structural condition, accessibility या अन्य customer-related कारणों से installation संभव नहीं होता, तो Company द्वारा किए गए वास्तविक खर्च customer द्वारा payable होंगे।
Net metering, DISCOM approval तथा Government subsidy से संबंधित timelines संबंधित Government Department/ DISCOM की प्रक्रिया पर निर्भर करती हैं। Government/ DISCOM की delay, policy change या rejection, यदि Company की गलती के कारण नहीं है, तो उसे product return या automatic refund का आधार नहीं माना जाएगा।
जहाँ refund applicable होगा, Company द्वारा applicable deductions एवं outstanding charges को adjust करने के बाद balance amount customer के registered bank account/payment source में refund किया जा सकता है।
Customer द्वारा सही information, documents, electricity connection details एवं site-related information उपलब्ध कराना आवश्यक होगा। गलत अथवा incomplete information के कारण होने वाली अतिरिक्त लागत या delay customer की responsibility होगी।
Natural calamity, fire, flood, extreme weather, government restrictions, supply-chain disruption, transportation issues या अन्य परिस्थितियाँ जो Company के reasonable control से बाहर हों, उनके कारण होने वाली delay के लिए Company को जिम्मेदार नहीं माना जाएगा।
Quotation, Work Order, Agreement या Invoice की स्वीकृति एवं applicable advance payment के साथ customer यह स्वीकार करता है कि उसने इस Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy को पढ़ लिया है और इसकी शर्तों से सहमत है।
