Any delay, change in policy or rejection not caused by the Company's fault will not automatically constitute a refund or cancellation of the project.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, documents, electricity connection details and site-related information required for the project.
Any additional cost or delay resulting from incorrect, incomplete or delayed information provided by the customer may be payable by the customer.
Project payments, advance amounts, cancellation conditions and refund eligibility will be governed by the applicable quotation, work order, agreement, invoice and the Company's Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Installation timelines may depend on material availability, site readiness, weather conditions, permissions, transportation, DISCOM processes and other factors affecting the project.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the work according to the agreed project schedule.
BHAMA ENERGY PVT. LTD. will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, fire, flood, extreme weather, government restrictions, supply-chain disruption, transportation issues or other similar circumstances.
